Iowa Protection and Advocacy is pleased to announce the August 17, 2009, launch of its Facebook page. The page is created to provide information of interest to citizens of Iowa living with disabilitites and those citizens using Iowa's system of services. Iowa Protection and Advocacy Facebook additionally encourages those individuals, joining as fans, to participate in discussions relevant to today's issues, such as -- the future of Glenwood and Woodward Resource Centers; Universal Health Care and its affect on persons with disabilities; equal services for all Iowans, the future of mental health services in Iowa and more. Iowa P&A wishes to know what you are thinking and wishing to have in Iowa.
